Further to my previous post (of 21st May 2020), regarding the Nakamura Hansuke's matches against the Takeuchi Santō-ryū (竹内三統流). Here are a series of pictures showing the 6th technique of the Sente (専手 - Initial Techniques) called 'Kiri Otoshi' (切 落 - cutting down / lopping off) of the Takeuchi Santō-ryū Kogusoku Koshimawari (竹内三統流 小具足腰廻) makimono (scroll).This illustration is taken from Serge Mol's book 'Classical Fighting Arts of Japan: A Complete Guide to Koryu Jujutsu' (2001).
