Thank you to everyone who participated in last Sunday's - Ryōi Shintō-ryū Jūjutsu (良移心当流柔術) seminar in Kemsing, Kent, U.K. and online.
We practiced techniques from the Sho Mokuroku (初目録 primary list) Toriai Shikkō (捕合執行 execution of meeting & capture).
Great partticipants (as always), so we were able to cover a number techniques and strategies in depth. Well done everyone for your dedication and ard work.
