Ryōi Shintō-ryū Jūjutsu densho (伝書) and mokuroku (目録) translations

Ryōi Shintō-ryū Jūjutsu has a martial arts history of 403 years, including 101 years in the British Isles.

The Ryōi Shintōkai (良移心当会) is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Ryōi Shintō-ryū Jūjutsu (良移心当流 柔術).

As part of that ongoing process, a substantial number of Ryōi Shintō-ryū Jūjutsu densho (伝書) and mokuroku (目録) - i.e. traditional documents have and will continue to be translated.

These cover various periods of Ryōi Shintō-ryū history including the Shikoku (四国) Nagahama (長浜) and Kyūshū (九州) Kasahara (笠原) traditions.

Although, this has been the main thrust of research, some traditional documents from derivative schools, such as the: Kitō-ryū (起倒流), Jikishin-ryū (直心流) & Jigō Tenshin-ryū (自剛天真流), are also being translated.

The illustration above shows a small example (of single pages) from a number of those Ryōi Shintō-ryū documents.
