Another illustration from the 'Kito Yushin Jujutsu Hiden Kai' (起倒雄心 柔術秘傳解 - An Explanation of the Secret Jujutsu Techniques of the Kito Yushin School) document, which I recently obtained from Japan.
Eric Shahan's translation of this document in his excellent book 'A Collection of Curious Jujutsu Manuals: Volume II' provides the description of this illustration as follows:
"#3 This technique is in response to a Warumono raising his fist and punching you. Step forward with your left foot and twist your body diagonally. Grab the wrist of the arm that is punching with your left hand. Rapidly plant your right foot against his right foot. At the same time push his throat with your right hand. This is shown in the illustration. Then immediately pull the attacker’s right arm diagonally downward as you kick his right leg out to the side with your right foot."
