I recently obtained a copy of:
‘Kassatsu-hō no Hiō (活殺法の秘奥 living, killing methods inner secrets)’
‘- Budō igaku gokui jūjutsu seikotsu-i-hō (武道医学極意 柔術整骨医法 - the secrets of budō medicine and jūjutsu bone correcting (seikotsu) medicine.’
By Sarvatjoo Saeed (1995)
I am really enjoying the book and hope that the author, will at some point consider republishing in English.
If he does, then I am sure that it would be very popular.
Here is the introduction to the book on Amazon.co.jp:
活法・殺法は江戸時代より日本柔術の武術用語となりその教授段階の最高の秘伝として公開は禁じられていた。人を打倒し人を活かし、ついには無刀無敵となる日本武道の哲理を再現、伝統の秘技を一挙公開
“Since the Edo period, Katsu-hō / Kappō (my note: living method, i.e revival) and Sappō (my note: killing art, i.e. vital point attacks, such as kyūsho-jutsu) have been terms used in Japanese Jūjutsu, and they were forbidden to be disclosed to the public, as they were the secret transmission of the teachings. Finally, the philosophy of Japanese martial arts, where without a sword one is invincible (無刀無敵 Mutō muteki) is reproduced, and the secret techniques of the tradition are revealed all in one go.”
